"Kate created several tailored 16-week training programs for the six ride options (from 20km to 300km) available at United Energy Around the Bay. The programs were a great addition to our campaign, with easy-to-digest sessions for our first-timers and a comprehensive training plan for riders who are preparing for a 300km day in the saddle.
The programs were supported by articles, videos and further tips & tricks by Kate that helped engage and motivate our riders during lock-downs in Melbourne. While unfortunately the event was cancelled due to COVID-19, we can’t wait to see the programs help riders smash their goals at United Energy Around the Bay 2022."
